TAW could very well enter into a similar loan facility with Burwill as AMAL did (A$4.8m @ 11% pa).
With the termination of the Canada offtake contract, Burwill has only one lithium concentrate source --> Bald Hill Project.
Note in Burwill's announcement on issue of Convertible Bonds (http://burwill.todayir.com/attachment/2017092707170100002930529_en.pdf):
"The estimated net proceeds from the issue of the Convertible Bonds (after deduction of expenses) will be approximately HK$152,230,000 and is intended to be applied for the followings:
(i) approximately HK$90,000,000 for up-stream lithium resources business which will be used for prepayment for supplies of lithium concentrates and for loans to lithium concentrates suppliers;"
