Having missed today's open, I doubt they will release anything today.
The last CR was done at 4c for $8M almost exactly 12 months ago to acquire HealthNotes.
This should be similar, which to me could suggest international as mentioned by a few above.
Market depth isn't giving anything away with the announcement so all we can do is wait.
