I think you could be right re: continued resource expansion. They could also be striking while the iron is hot. May have decided to shore up their working capital now, with debt or a mixture of debt/equity to finance the mill refurb just around the corner. Will have to wait for the details to emerge and will let the dust settle before giving Simon a call to ascertain how they are planning to proceed from here.
