Taurus Resources could be key here. They own 11.3% and together with management equals about 15%. For the first time in FND history institutional investors own less than private investors. But Taurus and their board representative Gordon Calt with Barry Cahill need to show the way here. I would like FND statement to say thanks, but no thanks. Bid is massively undervalued company. All our permits are in good standing (i.e nothing efdl can do) And ideally we have other investors waiting to buy efdl stake if they wish to sell.
