The NPV of between $500m and $1bn is what the value of the company would be post paying off debt, and in current dollars. If $20mn gets raised now through 140m shares, that'd take the shareholder register to 438m (based on above shares). If the final capital raising is $100mn and is raised at 16c (625mn shares), each share (now 1.06bn) would be valued between 47c and $1. What am I missing? I'll be buying tomorrow.
