It was a reminder to look at the history ... you've got the benchmark. Arguably (and of one thing I am certain of is that this forum will argue it) the flow rate should be better.
Assume it is better. Stock Up. CR follows (with higher price for placement and participation) for (once again) field development. Talk of Reserves, debt funding etc. Lots of opportunity for you know what.
If it is not better. Stock probably down. CR follows at lower price. More significant dilution for existing holders. Funds necessary for field development.
There will be many counter opinions. All will be valid I'm sure. There is a Qtrly due in a week. The big question there is going to financial (i.e. cash burn and how much more needed).
