My guess for the company that is investing in MTC is the parent company Electrovaya. Electrovava is a Canadian listed company. http://electrovaya.com/energy-storage-company/
It's subsidairy Litarion "develops and designs electrodes, separators and lithium-ion cells according to ISO:9001, ISO:50001 and ISO/TS 16949 automotive standard." http://litarion.com/about_litarion.html
This is just a guess, I am most likely wrong however all will be confirmed on or before Thursday 26 October according to the announcement.
