The only things I can think of are - that we got a good offer
or we are simply getting it out of the way now, which should allow the price to rise on positive news flow without the likelihood of an immediate cap raise in the near future, I was under the assumption that we would need one to allow all of the drilling/JORC/Scoping study to be completed, and they are all scheduled to be completed in just a few months/
Hopefully we get both a good deal and the handbrake released for the next few months.
Either way I'm all for anything that allows aggressive development
