@MickySea I understand your concerns however IMO its worth giving Dave some credit he comes across as very honest and upfront - how many other CEO's communicate the way he does with share holders and not just to top 20?

Im sure he has a reason for doing the raise now and that reason is in best interest of company and shareholders..

Time will tell always does..
