If it is a cornerstone investor....and I suspect it is given the timelines involved then it is very good for BRN holders as I do not suspect they will dump it out for profit.
As for long term holders...this is just a blip really. You bought because of the tech and its still a going concern so why sweat it.
The dump on Tuesday will be locked in DTer's not wanting to chance the SP going back to CR price....as it normally does.
