Although I was initially feeling a bit sour, not because of the CR, but because the announcements just prior, seemed to be just to create a liquidity event or exit strategy before hand. Especially when just before the quarterly.

I'm guessing the quarterly won't be fantastic, but will still show substantial progress.

But, because they are raising 21 million dollars and if it "is" to a cornerstone investor, in my opinion, the share price is only going to go up from here and will not wallow in the high teens as some believe.

This will be a huge confidence boost to investors and customers alike. This could be a new beginning for the company and a time to be genuinely excited.

Still think they should have raised at 20 cents though...
