I’m just taking the piss.
I don’t think there is any cornerstone investor.
There has been none in the last 2 years.
Why now? Why use Shaw’s? Why use Fosters? Why use a broker at all if they had a corner stone investor?
Why go to the trouble of the pump and dump (which cost $15,000 to attend TechKnow) plus the broker fees of say 5%??? Why send out the email? It doesn’t add up.
Look at the FBR and CAT deal. FBR got a CAT on board and it was a great deal for the shareholders. That’s how you get a cornerstone investor. Not the BS we just went through LOL.
If Louis did go through all of that for a cornerstone investor, we’ve been ripped.
