If it is Telstra, then he's 100% wrong. He basically called chuckles a liar. chuckles definitely said it was Telstra, not if or I think. Plenty of ppl close to the action will know who it is. It's not confidential or secret info so no law has been broken. We just got to know it earlier before an official top 20 is published.
On the other hand if it's not Telstra, then....
