Sure. According to the most recent investor presentation, 39% is held by the top 20, which most likely contains sophisticated investors. In this raise, priority goes to existing shareholders too.

I didn't mean too much by that comment, I just found it to be a strange thing to include in an email and was speculating as to who he was referring to. I like what I see with UTR and will most likely buy in after this CR. I'm just glad I waited.

Offer Opens 1/11
Firm bids 9am on 2/11
Offer closes 6/11
Stock issued 10/11

They closed the book after just under 3 hours, so I presume they'll be sticking to this timetable or quicker, so UTR will probably be trading again this week. Maybe Friday when the trading halt says, maybe sooner. I'm no crystal ball, but I don't think they'll go in to suspension this time.
