Anyone have any thoughts on whether ISX may raise on the Frankfurt Exchange? Is it possible or likely? I don’t know much about dual listings so I may be way off base but seems kind of pointless to dual list if they don’t use it to raise fund if the opportunity arises to at least try and promote some liquidity trading through Frankfurt.
