After all, at first glance this announcement could easily be interpreted as bad news (for those who fear CR), whereas it is actually a big positive for the company and its shareholders in my opinion.
I feel the Share placement is likely to be a case of declining the share price if the placement are below the current SP. however some people misread the announcement and they panic and sell. And it gives buying opportunity to top up or get in on board for those who understand.
But HEY Cobalt is a hot commodity and I expect AUZ will be on the radar of many battery manufacturers and automakers.
So ultimately this could just prove to be a minor blip that WILL created a buying opportunity for investors with a high tolerance for risk.
