I can confirm the following. It’s more than 3 Times covered by instos. Apparently 3 cornerstones b4 the instos. Amounts were TC $1 mil and the the other 2 are for $500k and $2 mil. That leaves $7.5 mil and they have $30+ mil bids in the book for this $7.5 mil. Apart from 1 or 2 existing SI’s it’s only for instos. So no selling coming from the placement is the word.
