My thoughts exactly... Why not just announce it and let the price run like they do with other supposedly good announcements?

I don't trust them one little bit.

The 'positive' market update on the 1 November saying 'the new funding is all but in the bag' didn't need a trading halt.

Yet when they actually sign definitive contracts and secure the funding, then it needs a trading halt??

And as sunnyskies pointed out, when they secured funding through Lind which potentially secured them up to $72M over 2 years that didn't need a trading halt...
