    IMO funding is secured and they are wrapping it up as we speak. You do not need three days to tell the market that funding fell though.

    Good news this will see BLK get through the higher grade ore and become cash positive....excellent news for loyal share holders bad news for oldies that sold out which means if the stars line up we will be bombarded with grudgful ex holders telling us mamagement are crooks.
