Not a great sign. If it was there they would announce it. My thoughts for whatever it is worth, was management were trying to rush it through and putting it in trading halt would avoid further share price weakness.
Another thought out there is that BLK may have to make another voluntary payment to Orion Finance. This would also have to be disclosed.
