Looks like someone is paying well above the value there mickey. Peel would have to go up quite a lot from the current $0.45 to justify paying $0.03 for Hampton. More than likely someone who is impatient. It is extremely tightly held though. So if someone wants them they often have to pay a higher price.

Even when Hampton did very little for a few years there were very few sellers. Probably got something to do with most of the shareholders either being Pitt & his associates or devotees of the mans track record. The top 20 do hold 73% of the capital. So not a lot available.
