I think it is reasonable to call the TH. If a novice investor got it and didn't look closely, and saw raising at 0.04c, they might off load heaps without wanting too (given the CR is at 0.06c).
Can't wait for some de ja vu in early 2018. Hopefully I will be smarter at the pump!
