    In June last year PSC was trading at around 1.8c just prior to doing a large placement at 5c, quite a premium!

    The project has come a long long way since then.

    So ... placement at 10c would be very nice.

    Whatever it is I am sure it will be at a premium and should see trading above 10c very soon IMO.
