    Up to 162m shares can be issued without the need of an EGM. So $3.2m at 2c or $4m at 2.5c or any thing in between (or above/below).

    The last CR had to be underwritten (as the previous 2 CRs/SPP didnt reach the minimum). We'll see how this one is structured
