You could determine from their last Quarterly that they would be needed a cash injection to tie them over in the short term. Any deals struck would require time to implement. Therefore they had to take this opportunity to cash up.
What I am hoping for is that it is a key stakeholder (s) and the price is not heavily discounted.
The only way that NOR would have been able to get these stakeholders over the line would be if they were confident of securing some major contracts in the short term.
We all wait and see.
