I would not be so nervous.
A capital increase does not have to be negative.
Tesla does it all the time.
And is or was the most valuable car company in the world.
We Germans laugh about it, but it worked quite well.
Tesla's sales do not have much in common with the rating.
So if NOR develops something useful, then the stock can still go up.
