Here is a quote from a poster earlier today referring to his conversation with Paul Ostergaard concerning the capital raising: "He told me that the board decided this and notified him only yesterday."
Let's accept, for the sake of the argument, that this conversation took place, and that the CEO is quoted correctly. Let's also accept that the CEO was telling it as it is. We then have the extraordinary situation where the CEO, who is also the founder and major shareholder, was unaware until yesterday that the company needed a cash injection.
