    There's optimism, and then there's what's going on in this forum.

    The DFS would have to consider as many variables as are available currently, one of which would be an assumption of the Ti off-take, finance scheme (debt vs. equity), etc. The DFS is an exciting milestone, but it won't ramp up TNG from $128M cap to $256M cap overnight. Sell on hype, buy on no news. Profit takers will jump in on this one big time.
