Just be advised that Laura McBain did not acquire the move on buying a stake in Maggie beer. It was the management before she joined. The recent positive price action has been on the basis of the new M.D joining. Laura the M.D claims that she knows Maggie beer quite well and wants to develop the product.

In saying that what's done is done and now they have to try and make it work. If they buy Paris Creek the new M.D will be essentially in her element compared to when she was with BAL that's really important in developing a business from scratch, you work to your strengths, then diversify. I'm pretty confident that this would be a good acquisition and I think the buying price is reasonable if Paris creek is making around 19 mill per year gross. I agree that that's a solid revenue foundation that they need to increase capital and build.
