So I've been doing a bit of research just now, poring over the ASX release from the 13th November to try and guess which drill may have been the one of interest. The release itself is actually incredibly detailed in terms of the drill hole order, and we have a lot of clues.
Essentially, the priority drilling started at the Cathedrals target, involving holes MAD67, 68 and 69 all intersecting ultramafics. These are the 3rd, 4th and 5th holes in the campaign and were all drilled when the latest release went out. However the real story started shortly after the move to Stricklands.
Now this is all interpolated and my own assumptions of timing between drilling and assuming the hole priority has not changed from the released information. The next holes in the pecking order (6th and 7th) were:

7 ST_PROP6 232466 6806501 500 -65 0 50 Northern extent of thick mineralised ultramafic in MAD49
I am incredibly interested in the second proposed hole for Stricklands. Going off the timing of the release (13th November) and the assumption that you probably drill at least 40-60m diamond drilling per day, I would guess comfortably the hole of interest is the second Stricklands Deep hole. The first one was only 75m deep so would have been drilled very quickly. The second one goes down 500m but both were expected to hit targets at 40 or 50m.
You will notice that "PROP6" is the deeper hole (indicated in white) near the fault below Stricklands text and seems to be targeting the large dipole Electromagnetic feature (see the strong red / blue crossover, see attached image) indicating a bipolar response, or a geophysical target layer that is not flat lying.

These features are hard to get a strong response from due to the difficulty in coupling a loop energising source with geology that is not lying in the best orientation. That may be why it was not targeted early.
I suspect the reason this hole was drilled deeper was to target possible offhole conductors that may not have been hit in previous holes. The reason you would only drill one deep hole per area is to test for uncertainty in the modelling and also to sure up interpretation in the geology or stratigraphy.
I don't agree that these "mid time" anomalies are as shallow as indicated to date. 50m depth is incredibly shallow for an EM conductor and often these systems can see down to 600-1000m. A mid-time anomaly going off that assumption would be on the order of 300-400m, not 50m.
This is incredibly exciting and also please remember these are just my assumptions. I could be way off, but given only 4 days have elapsed since these 2 holes were started I'd be fairly confident
I'm putting my money on the 2nd Stricklands hole and a depth of a few hundred meters!
