Dear Isabelle,
Marindi Metals Limited (ASX: MZN) “Marindi” or “the Company” requests a trading halt with respect to its securities pending the announcement of results from the Bellary Project.
For the purpose of Listing Rule 17.1 Marindi provides the following information in relation to the request;
1. Marindi requests that the trading halt remains in place for two days or until an announcement is released and the Company requests the trading halt be lifted; and
2. Marindi is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request
