    There is mention of water flow rates into the salar and what flow rates are needed to produce 20k. This is hypothetical but I am wondering if water flows into that national park or whatever it is downstream is a consideration. Of course all this will be addressed by the EA process. Who knows what they want that much money for? A chunk of MSB would make sense.
