No. These shares were given to owners of the tenements vended into EYM and which are the focus of the current trading halt. The vendors presumably know the value of the land they had and wanted a vehicle to bring it to market to exploit as a mine in the future (hopefully) and multiply the value of the shares by many bags (again hopefully). I see little risk in them selling their shares when this starts trading again.
