Hi All - IMO this is a very poor CR exercise for existing holders - but great for those who participated.
21% discount to VWAP, and diluting the registry by an additional 25%. All existing holders who werent lucky to get a slice lose twice - by the share price dropping as well as the 1/4 dilution of MC.
The only good news is that - in theory - they are now cashed up for the phase II.
I was looking to buy in - sentiment is sell for now, but definitely worth keeping an eye on.
