Your concerns are quite well founded but don't be too pessimistic amcfutures, just wait for IMU explanation (while planning your next move, care to share what you'd do?) & see what's offered on the table.
There's a psychological link (weak) that stress might cause cancer & other illnesses so take it easy mate. Money you can regain, health there's no replacing it (yet?).
