Generally the way these things go is that the ASX asks for any reasons it’s aware of that could have caused the spike.. the company says ‘no information to be announced’ the trading halt is lifted and then it goes back to business as usual.. the longer the company takes to answer the ‘speeding ticket’ then the more likely it is that there is information to be announced/possible leak...
