Significant as opposed to "underwhelming" !!! Seems pretty clear cut to me.
Of course there would be a trading halt. As outlined in previous Company releases, the recent drilling was expected to highlight good grades of cobalt and this will now probably be confirmed.
The trading halt is in place as the disclosures will be price sensitive and any orders placed prior will be purged
