Some of you will remember that 'in the olden days' - a certain fund outfit came into BGS at a nice premium to the then SP, being a cap raise , same as this Ann.
So, its certainly reasonable to suggest someone (or entity(ies)), might indeed pay a nice premium for a good number of shares - it will be either the 10% placement or the 15% placement ?
