If there was a SPP for Current holders, it'd take an easy 6 weeks before funds could be transferred...it's easier for a placement to sophisticated investors..if you're grizzling because of the big end of town getting having all the opportunity, Barney suggests you wait for them to sell at a fraction of what the future SP will be...!
