They really should have let it run further before doing this. With the interest and the trading over the past couple of days we would have pushed further towards 5c, and still we're lacking supply there, before raising to decrease dilution, and create a higher floor. Hopefully it will be at least 2c though I'd think they may use 14 day VWAP.
There must be a reason for this; hopefully it is something positive for us shareholders and not something concocted by someone without care or thought.
