    it's a good thing

    plenty of recent CRs where the stock price has reacted positively

    one could argue the stock price has been artificially depressed due to this pending CR, and now that the "big boys" who want this stock will get their fill from the discounted CR, they can let the SP rise

    just an alternate viewpoint
