These are all very good questions, but if we agree that he is the right guy to tie up crypto-x and Chi-x, into one stable, then what does it matter how FFG secured him. I reckon I've worked out why he's going to remain in Asia though, and that has to do with his need to demonstrate his non domicility from the UK for tax purposes.
