I have been to quite a few meetings, and never before have I seen what happened in relation to item ten and the placement ever before.
Was Mr Yu merely stamping his authority on the meeting by voting against the motion?
Was he aware of the consequences?
Susmit Shah arced up, and even after the translation, Mr Yu was poker faced about it.
Can the no vote be overturned, given a vote would be needed on the placement facility?
How would the vote occur?
