I can see a couple of scenarios:
1. issue say 10m shares at 8c for the next round of works, will get us through Q1/18: $800k
2. some of the 70m unlisted 2c options and 10m 2.5c options are being exercised: max $1.65m
To answer you question, I think 8 to 8.5c is realistic - there is no way you get 10m shares for 8.5c if you buy on market.
