Unfortunately SLP has sold their rent roll for less than they originally anticipated. Also most of their agents in QLD and VIC have moved to other agencies already. The 200 + agents that they have claimed for a long time isn't a true number. Most have either left the industry, left SLP several months ago or have decided to join other agencies already. If you increase the commission split as you propose to 15% I think you will find most of the remaining agents will walk away and seek other opportunities.
