They are hopefully going to make money out of this business, where others have failed.
I am not liking what I am hearing. From what I understand, we will see revised terms for the Top Level purchase as well. For what it’s worth I don’t think they should have bought that rent roll either, but hey.... what would I know? I’m a mug punter, and hopefully the CEO Paul knows what he is doing.
Clients of Paterson’s will get another chance to top more cash in. I wonder if it will be as well supported as their raise at the start of the year.
I will stay on the sidelines until management can prove they know what they are doing.
