    Hey, can I ask a really dumb question?
    I am a little new to this stock, so I am not familiar with the history.
    Reading back through the threads I can see that many people are pissed about the cap raise, but nobody has clearly articulated why.

    What's the problem?

    Can someone please explain it in un-emotive language.
