Not many professionals with finance banking and blockchain implementation experience would take a CEO salary of $50k unless they were certain to get that extra 300 (imo).
The material terms of Mr Lea’s consultancy agreement are as follows:-
• Term: 12 months from 1 December 2017 • Salary: • Base Minimum Fee of $50,000 pa ; plus
• Discretionary & Performance Fees of up to $300,000
No mention of the criteria for award of the performance fees though, other than to say, it or at least part of it, is "Discretionary". Part of it may be to secure funding, the other part to complete acquisition and/or implement blockchain tech (into Wooboard). All only guessing of course.
Other than 1 other company, this is the only stock I hold in a portfolio of 16 that didn't end in the red today, and this one is in trading halt, lol. What a day. It's been a good run up till here though. What will tomorrow bring.
More importantly, what will Thursday bring for RFN.
