Well to much speculation so I decided to email Dirk direct.
Hi Dirk,
I met you at the AGM last month.
There is a lot of speculation since this announcement was made this morning.
If possible are you able to release some further information regarding this raising, as we were told numerous times over last few months on webcasts and at AGM no more capital raisings required unless there is a new big contract or ramp up requiring this(which obviously would be a good thing, and something all of us who have been taking a hit on the share price for a long time would love to hear in more detail.)
Not sure whether you already have something to announce on its way soon, but it didn’t give anybody that impression who read the announcement this morning.
