All evidence suggests is a good reason:
1- they were very explicit about only needing a CR if a big order came (military, etc)
2- they have enough money in the bank for the foreseeable future
3- they are cash flow positive
4- they have explicitly said the low share price does not reflect where the company is at. So they would only do a CR at a significant premium
These are all based on publicly available announcements. I will look forward to the "important further information"
